The Herbalife Wild Berry Beverage Mix is a great sports drink for athletes. It is similar to Gatorade or Powerade. One canister in 9.88 ounces and makes 14 servings. Each serving has 70 calories, 3 grams of carbohydrates, 15 grams of protein and zero sugar.
You simply mix two scoops with 8 ounces of water and you are in business. This product is designed to help curb your food cravings and give you the added protein you need to get through the day.
I’ve personally tried it with 7-Up, alcohol and in smoothies. It’s also great mixed up in a blender with crushed ice. Overall, I give the product an 8 of 10. If you haven’t tried it out yet, you should.
